I am trying to replace the instrument cluster in my Ford 3000. All the packages I see for sale say they are negative ground. My tractor is 12 volt,positive ground. Will they work in my tractor or do I need to do something special? I have the stock generator with the tack drive on the back end.

Dang it ! Just ran my Ford 3000 (3 cyl diesel) into a stump and crushed the oil pan an snapped off the oil pump. The engine started to scream before I realized I had no oil pressure. Can some one tell me if the oil pump is the same on the gas engines as the diesels? Also, I suppose I need to...
