I ve got the belt threaded but cant seem to get the tensioner reattached. Can someone tell me the steps...perhaps I've done it in the wrong order? This is on the mower deck. Also, how do I keep the PTO engaged without having to hold the lever all the time? Sorry if this seems stupid but...
