My bucket control valve is no longer centered. It has slowly moved to the upper right quadrant. The cover is held on with 4 hex head screws. I am going back tomorrow with the proper tools to take a look. I sthis just a matter of adjusting and locking down jam nuts? Has anybody seen this problem?

Attached is an almost finished gate we built and are installing on our farm near Aiken SC. The cages will be filled with river rock. It will be capped by concrete capstones with 20 inch lights on either side of the gate.
