Can be loud and easily heard on a busy street… the sound easily modulated by opening the valve for more or less vacuum… -

Those added ports are some sort of farmer-i-zation for only they know what. Plug em' off and carry on.

Ford started using a pressurized radiator mid-year for the '43 2N. It was 4 psi.
