What type of antifreeze should I put in my John Deere (early 60's model) 4010

Just curious as to what this is for on my 4010. I've looked all over the Internet with no luck. It appears that something threads onto this part that I have attached pictures of. Any help would be appreciated. The part I'm curious about is to the right of the lever that engages the pto.
