    Rock Removal?

You want to remove rocks?? I recently bought a Heavy Hitch with the subsoiler attachment. I was absolutely amazed at the ease with which this implement rolls pretty big goonies out of the ground, and without any digging or manual labor whatsoever. Worth it's weight in gold to me!

WR Long vs Titan Tooth Bar

My Long toothbar has been on my bucket since the tractor was nearly new. I do everything with it, but I admit there are probably better solutions for backdragging. Can't speak to any of the others .. Never tried them, but I've been very happy with the Long. BTW, there are better tools for...

    Why do thumbnail pics...

Open so huge when clicked on? I have to scroll up and down to see parts of the photo of interest. Is there a fix?

    Quick Attach still available?

Does anyone know if the QA bucket parts BL-1676 are still available from Kubota? I'd like to give my B-7800 a QA bucket, and have the capability for true forks.

    Mowing across hills

I try to mow up and down wherever possible, but there are places that I need to mow sideways along the slope. I've never had a problem with it.. My rears are loaded, there's almost 600 lbs. of bush hog on the back, and the loader bucket is always kept low, but, I still sometimes get the...

    LP Rotary Cutters

It appears that Land Pride has come out with a new series, and design of rotery cutters for 2011. The unit I am interested in is the RCF2060. They appear to be fairly heavy duty, using 10 ga. steel for construction.. Thicker than my present Woods BrushBull by .030. I've now had two Woods...

    Kubota Ballast box

Kubota has a slightly redesigned ballast box. I haven't been able to find one for a hands on look, and the photos from Kubota are inconclusive.. If anyone has one of the newer ballast boxes, can you tell if it's compatible with a "U" style Quick Hitch?

    Air Compressors

I need an air compressor bad! Too many uses for it, and too far to town even to air up tires. Not going to run many air tools, maybe a disc sander and impact wrench.. I'm thinking a 60 gallon upright single stage is more than enough for my usage. I'm thinking I'd prefer to run 230V...Don't want...

    First of the Husky auto-tunes

The Husqvarna 576XP auto-tunes are beginning to hit dealers shelves after extensive testing by Big Orange in the Northwoods of Maine. By all accounts, the professional fellers who ran these saws did not want to give them back! I picked one up a few days ago from a great dealer in Shokan, N.Y...

    B-7800 Rear Remotes

And this thread is dedicated to the late MadReferee. A gentleman who helped everyone here with their hydraulic questions. A guy who made a complete hydraulic neophyte like myself, believe that I could accomplish this installation unaided. It's taken me a long time of assembling parts, making...

    MIG or Stick?

I will be running on 220 voltage for repairs and modifications on mild steel from maybe .093 sheet to probably no thicker than 5/16".. Much of the work could possibly be done outside. I worked in machine shops my entire adult life as a tool & die maker. Used to do a fair amount of stick welding...
