When I am mowing and I set the tachometer for my PTO mower in PTO range, the knob will barely slide and reduce the RPMs. I have to hold knob steady in order for the RPMs to stay. I don't think it's an engine issue as everything seems fine and I've only used the tractor for 30 hours. Any help...
