I have a problem with my 2003 NH tc29d with hydro/hydraulic system. If the 3pnt lever is all the way up the engine cranks slow and won't start. Once I lower the 3pnt lever at least and inch the motor cranks like normal and fires up. I can also move the loader lever around which...
