JD have enough HP for a Belltec TM48

My ground is very rocky, so the hydraulic PHD is necessary. I tried with a Danuser PHD and it did not make a dent.

JD have enough HP for a Belltec TM48

I am at a crossroads here. I have a JD 3032E, which has 31.5hp and a Belltec TM-48 hydraulic post hole digger. According to Belltec, the ideal hp is 50hp, with 28hp minimum, so I have just barely enough. I don’t have rear remotes but would get a BLV10461 kit which would add 4 spools that the...

    Bypass PTO Seat Safety Switch

I need to bypass the safety switch, are there any halfway elegant solutions to do this?

Rear 3PH is not working - running into a wall

Not flooded. They bought it new in 2010 and we are not near floods. Lived next to them since they got it. It’s just metal that oxidizes since it’s steel and some of the fluid probably broke down and/or got some water in it. It’s not an issue just showing what happens when something sits. And...

Rear 3PH is not working - running into a wall

I took apart the manifold components and control valve, it looked fine with no rust at all. IDK, I have had it for only 2 months, but it sat for a few years before that. I got it from my neighbor who’s hubby passed away and it was not used since he passed. He used to use it but never saw the...

Rear 3PH is not working - running into a wall

When you say hydraulic control lines, what is that specifically called in the manual? I changed the 2 filters about 2 months ago when I got it, unsure when it was done before that. I don’t believe there is a screen, just 2 spin on filters.

Rear 3PH is not working - running into a wall

I looked into this a little more. I remove the rockshaft to check on the seal for the piston. It had some rust on one side, used a wire brush to get the shaft and piston clean again. See pic, it’s all clean now though. It may have been frozen from rust as it did not want to move initially. I...

Rear 3PH is not working - running into a wall

Correct, it was going into the valve.

Rear 3PH is not working - running into a wall

Thanks for this. I thought PB was the rearmost line on a tractor, but from what I read, there can be multiple PBs if it supplies power to another valve, ie a PB on the SCV. The manual only refers to PB for rear remotes. I don’t see a name for the PB on the control valve, here are the...

Rear 3PH is not working - running into a wall

Correct, that is called the "Implement Pump to Rockshaft Valve Oil Supply Line”. I did confirm that fluid is flowing into the lower (lowest) right valve on the manifold.

Rear 3PH is not working - running into a wall

OK here are the lines and where they go. Which of these would be the PB port? - EDIT- I don’t have PB The blue zip tie is a loader hose up front. The 2 metal lines underneath go to the 2 ports close to each other on the manifold. The hose on the side of the FEL valve goes to the port at the...

Rear 3PH is not working - running into a wall

Thanks for this. Where is this sleeve? Is this on the manifold or on the control valve (#21 below), which requires disconnecting the lines and removing the manifold. And to complicate things, the parts diagrams do not have a breakdown of the control valve but the manual does. I am guessing that...

Rear 3PH is not working - running into a wall

Assuming you mean rear remotes, I don’t have a third-function.

Rear 3PH is not working - running into a wall

I will have to clean the FEL valve and see. Here are my connections though, there is one on the side that is not shown. None are a quick connect that I can tell. I labeled 1 and 2 when I replaced the hoses for the FEL.
