    PTO Wood Chipper

How does the rear PTO work when you aren't on the seat to operate a rear PTO wood chipper? I assume most tractors are like mine in which the PTO disengages once you leave the seat. Do you have to disable this safety device to run a chipper? Sure can't feed a chipper from the seat.

    Operator's Manual for TC31DA

I bought my tractor used a couple of years ago, and the owner couldn't find the operator's manual that came with it. I can buy the manual from New Holland, but it's about $35. Anybody know where I might be able to download a free copy? I'm surprised New Holland doesn't allow free download of...

    Log Play Shelter

Okay, maybe it's a stretch that this topic is tractor related, but.... 14la loader manual / instructions

I bought my TC31 used, and the owner couldn't find the manual for the 14LA loader. Is there a place on-line I can download this? Can anyone explain the process of removing and reattaching the loader? Thanks.

TC 31 - Rear PTO Engagement

My TC31 rear pto is rather hard to engage - it takes quite a bit of effort on the lever to engage or disengage. Is this normal? This is with the engine RPM all the way down and the clutch depressed. Have never even tried the mid pto to see if it's difficult - don't have any mid pto...

New Tractor Purchase - NH TC31

Thanks to this site, I've learned lots of info and recently used it to buy my first tractor - a NH TC31DA. Bought it used in excellent condition from the original owner. It's an '06, garage kept and only 70hrs - it's still under warranty and looks like new except for some scratches on the...

Massey 1531 or New Holland TC31DA

Hey folks. Been lurking around here for a few months researching my first (and hopefully last :D ) tractor purchase. Recently bought 10 acres I plan to build on, about 6-7 of it open with lots of scattered trees, the rest wooded. The land is fairly tamed now (had cows on it), just a lot of...
