hi my husband is restoring a 248 industrial ih and weve hit problems with the clutch, fitted new plate bearings etc put it back together and still no clutch on pedal , took it apart replace thrust bearing sleeve and still no clutch, the pedal is still very low anybody got any ideas!!! you help...
