I fix a lot of hydraulic hoses. If it is a Kubota tractor, it is more than likely British. Looks like 45 deg. bend in one end. If it is a 1/4'' hose it is probably 1/4 '' British female pipe swivel. They do make jump sizes, but they are rare and expensive.

You could mix up a small batch of mmo and acetone for penetrating oil. you may have to add more acetone if it sits a long time
