I purchased a new B3200 (FEL,MMM), and it was delivered on Friday. The rear 3pt hitch hydraulics seem to have a problem. The "slow down" position does nothing.....the "down" position results in going down slow. The "slow up" position (which is supposed to result in going up in quarter inch...
