Got it. Propeller will work, but it takes a while to break down. I had a lot of that and it's gone now.

Kind of looks like stiltgrass. I had a bunch of cattail and iris that were taking over and Roundup didn't work well because of the waxy leaves. I would give Propeller a shot.

I use Flumigard, which looks like it's the same chemical as Propeller. I like it because it's for weeds and algae. Works pretty well.

I switched to AGM for my tractor, got it at Costco. You should be fine with a normal battery. I found that a direct replacement was hard to find so I took the battery and some measurements to the store and bought a bigger common size that was cheaper than the odd size I replaced.

My Kioti is a 2005 and my dealer has been able to get any part I've needed within a week. Kioti seems to be getting more popular so even if dealer changes I anticipate someone in my area will continue selling them.
