I have a different brand, but similar saw, tractor is a 5740 kubota, so similar hp, wouldn’t want it if not a hydrostatic. Saws off the trees flush with the ground for the most part.
Have had one since the late 80s, strong motor but tranny can be an issue (ours hasn’t) if it starts and shifts through all the ranges is a start. Can get spendy quick if it doesn’t. l would think it would scrap out for more than $800
Was wondering if anyone has moved big round bales with the fel and how much did they weigh. These are around 1500# . Don’t want to find a ssqa bale spear and be disappointed. Thanks
I called him and told him what tractor I was putting them on and which ball sockets I needed.
Been a while since I have added pictures so that may be the issue with the attachment.
They look like what agri store sells but fit-rite had them in stock.
I had seen on a previous post that he...
Been wanting to add these for several years and finally doing it. Ordered the weld on hooks and an assortment of balls from Fit-right hydraulics.
I have some class 1 and 2 as well as some nonstandard implements so decided on these. Ordering from Brian was quick and the hooks showed up well...
I have had a hustler fastrak for over 10 years and put the flex forks on 2 years ago, should’ve done it when I bought the mower. It does cut grass shorter if it is rough enough for the forks to flex but the smoother ride is worth it.
I work for a utility and we require at least 8’ open area in front of pad mount transformers. We use 8’ hot sticks to de-energize transformer to do maintenance.
Wanting an 8’ dual spindle cutter and have narrowed it down to a bush hog 2308 or landpride RCR 2596. 2308 is $450 cheaper but landpride parts are more available. Anyone own one of these or have an opinion on them? Thanks
Still looking for new 8’ mower, was wondering if having all the bracing underneath causes any issues with the flow of material? Noticed JD MX 8 is the only one that is smooth on both sides.
