Hope Holly feeling better and good night slept for you both.
Glad to hear, I haven’t been able to pushups for at least a month and a half. One day I got down to do them and my right shoulder was killing me. I finally went to an orthopedic doctor and he gave me a shot of cortisone. It’s much better but I still don’t think I can do pushups yet. I always did at least 30 in the morning and hoping for better days soon.Shoulder continues to improve and the muscle burn felt really good. Able to do push ups again, progress
we are planning to see the Doobie Brothers at Jones Beach.
Yes, a smart guy. I like him a lot, very interesting to listen to some of his technical discussions.Skunk Baxter played guitar for the Doobies, and Steely Dan before that. Quite the interesting guy.

Ah HA!!!Wag, thanks for letting me borrow your clamps...I put them right back where I found them.![]()
Ron, I hope everyone up there is staying indoors and/or wearing N95 masks. I would take my PAPR mask home if I had to deal with this.Drinking first cup of coffee. 54° with fog this morning. Heading to 81° with mostly cloudy skies. Sassy looks sharp with her grooming yesterday. Was mostly a conserve energy day after that. Plan to get front grass cut today.
Yesterday's Sunrise with fire smoke for color.

At work, we have stuff in so many places, it is impossible to keep it in my memory. So I have my student workers look for something, I'll say "look through all the drawers and get a mental inventory, that way you can help me find stuff." Only 1 of them is better than me at remembering. But that's the 'mysterious' point. They were in plain sight. I would have looked at them several times without seeing them during the initial search(s).
The only thing that I can think of is that they were very new, to me, 'screw-down' type clamps that were replacing some older 'squeeze-grip' type, so my mind was specifically looking for a squeeze-grip type clamp... mentally rejecting anything that didn't fit what I was looking for.
I laughed when the 'lost' clamps practically jumped off of the hook on the shed's wall.
I'm still chuckling.
They can still rock it. Rockin down the highway!Went to see the Doobie Brothers at a local dinner theater many years ago. Surprised they are still preforming.
