The talk at breakfast yesterday, was one’s sister had a gut opening 6 hr surgery the day before, where they had to remove part of pancreas, rearrange organs, etc. said she came out of surgery with tubes everywhere. But doing ok so far.

Drove my son to his haircut. Waiting in cold vehicle. Roads are fine.

Sophie’s a great eye appointment. Her bad eye corrects to 20/25, quite the improvement. And she is only getting readers.

The boys got their first ride in the new truck. Got them a ramp to get in and out as Tundra is much higher than the Ridgeline. Gonna take a few trips to get used to it.

that makes me chuckle because yesterday I slid open part of center console that normally is shut and found

Afternoon all;
Well the "storm" is upon us, it started lightly snowing about 4AM this morning I just went out and used the leaf blower on the deck and walk way and vehicles, so by 1PM we had accumulated about an inch and still coming down at the same rate.
This is after blowing things off, just a dusting still coming down.
I wish it would get over with I've got a few things I'd like to do in town but driving on this will pack it down and it will be ice later. If and when it stops I'll run the back blade down the driveway with it spun around backwards to just stir it up and squeegee it off a bit, then I'll dump my ash can in the loader and go sprinkle the ash on the driveway. I'd rather have a decent storm then this dribble and dab stuff. We are actually looking at a very dry winter so far.
