Good evening all. 43ºF for the start, mostly clear, breezy. Moderate to brisk wind, mostly clear sky with some high cirrus, high temp was 55ºF and low temp forecast to be 39ºF at midnight. Cold front came through and tomorrow will start 10 degrees colder than today. Will get warm up for 4 days then colder , Monday's high will be about the same as our normal low, with slow warm up. Insert will be running on the cold days . Made coffee to start day, puttered with bike maintenance and swept back porch. Worked on reconciling check register to bank sheets, bike ride, 2024 total 7078 miles. Loaded up wheel barrow and wood wagon, made queso and gave stepdaughter half of it. Listened to Justin Johnson concert while posting, poured out a shot glad of Baileys Irish cream and sipping on it while working on my account of today.

7078 miles is awesome, Mostly. My 3-4 miles a day on my recumbent bike pales.

First cup of coffee has been poured. 30° with cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 34° with slight chance of some snow flurries in afternoon. Got my conserve energy day in yesterday. But it did not stay up to seen New Year in. Will have to shovel coating of snow that fell yesterday off walkways.
