off to local garage this morning for new battery and I hope they can fix my car hood latch also.

outside gardens cleaned up, not much to do out there
bet there will be a lot of minus numbers this weekend for many of us,
as the Alberta Clipper brings in the cold

BEF, enjoy that fudge. Great flavor choices and packaging...but what's inside is the payoff.

Finished cutting down the big Magnolia tree that 90% died last year. It was a real odd shape of curving trunks due to repeated ice damage breaking off sections over its nearly 40 years. This tree originally came up in my backyard in Virginia Beach...probably a bird dropped a seed. When I moved here, dug it up, and transplanted it here along with two pecan trees my dad brought as a housewarming gift. So this magnolia brings back special memories.

There is still a section growing that I'll leave and nurture since my wife likes to prune some leaves to use for Christmas decorations. Now, I have quite a lot of firewood to split, and many small branches to move to the brush pile.

Did not try fudge yet, packaged very well, shipping was $5 if over a certain price.
Up early due to bathroom break.

29F cloudy sky mid 30's for high.
Snowstorm that was predicted fall apart,almost 1" wet snow and the ground being warm no plowing.

Outside chores done E muffin time.
Plans for today...8 hours at part store afterwards

Costco has gotten too big, and they just don’t care about their customers.
I know the lady working the self checkout line does not want to scan large items in your cart. She always has a sour expression and acts like she just hates life. I still try to stay positive and be polite.
Need to find a way to express feedback to corporate.

For several years I had both Sams club and Costco. I’ve been with Costco from back before they were Costco, think it was called Price club. I was with Pace, that Sam’s club bought out in the mid 90s.

According to my quicken records that start in 1990, I was with price club and Pace in 1990. Membership was $25
My Costco record starts in 2002. Membership was $45 in 2002.
Sams club record starts 1994.

Find this hard to believe, but quicken says I’ve spent $108k at Costco since 2002.
$50k at Sam’s club 1994-2014.

Good morning, the low is 7 and going to a high of 10°F. Wind N 10 mph. 30% chance of flurries.

Today is a dump/town run and a trip to the hydraulic shop. He is only 6 miles down the road, so that is a bonus.

I've gobbled the goobers the quack wants me to eat, so now it is time for my happy oatmeal.

Ct, 31 to start going to 40, and the temps will be going down from there !

Then their selfish people etc. leave their shopping carts takes empty parking spot their just lazy.

Thomas, could not agree more, had it happen to me yesterday at Shop Rite ! I moved the cart to park and then used that cart to shop !

Work today, time to get going ! Hope all have a great day !
