good morning all
temps in 30's, snow on the way in, unlikely to stick
rain gauge now says .17 but no idea of actual total.
Windy out, can hear the trees and woods making noises
am picking up some Jersey Mike's hoagies on way to friend's for lunch today.
He and his wife just got a new Cadillac Lyriq, which I'm curious to see. Makes sense for them, their business is ten miles away
and they have a garage with charger. Car comes standard with supercruise, wondering if it will work on rt 309
He is my friend in a wheelchair, I wonder if he thinks he can let the car drive him around town. No....
he has a bum right leg and can't depend upon it and no matter what if you get behind a steering wheel, you'd better have the ability
to hit the brakes hard. All those electronic nannies don't always work. (Tesla self driving perfect example)
So pretty sure this is wife's car. She traded in a high mileage BMW X3 suv, I bet this car is super comfortable for them.
I will ask him if he has been wafting yet...

would be good to know how our bodies react to different foods and conditions.
I am borderline/in the yellow but using Ozempic dropped reading to 87. But I have no idea if it is going up and down, I assume it is
I'll repeat a thought I had there:
wish we were born with a port, OBD, zerks at all joints and a full set of gauges

30 this morning breezy rain/snow showers while working plant broken no work today high in 40s 288 tons yesterday lots of moving equipment from one area to another. Start new job Monday then back to business park after Thanksgiving.

Mostly my sugar level 70 presently eating spikes to 180 then back down. It’s all about averages.
My 2500 averages 22mpg on road at 99000 miles 18 mpg in town I’m happy

My son started climbing the tooth and remembered he had a wife and baby and decided getting to the top was not worth it...proud of him. See if you can find him on the tooth. Then the snow came in...

Good morning, 31 going to 40 snowy conditions expected around 10 AM
Need to bring in some more firewood to fill up the copper tub inside.
Daughter at the rehab job had some excitement when a client was dismissed for cause. Had to get police involved. Restraining orders etc. She was given time off to get away. Hope she will be safe
On blood sugar I have used the A1C results to monitor the blood sugar levels for many years.
Get lab tests every 6 months. A1C reflects the blood sugar level for a 3 month look back.
Just had my blood work results for the upcoming DR appointment and looks good except A1C was 5.8 with the current limit being 5.2. Used to be 7.0 was the limit but consider anything below 6.0 to be acceptable at least in my case. Eye check up by retina specialist showed no signs of diabetes which is another way to check
