New Holland TC45D won't start fuel supply issue

It surprised me when I took the banjo bolt out and it fired right up after putting it back. I broke everything free and bled while pumping air into the tank and I still wasn't getting anything past the banjo. How did you pump air through the steel line after the banjo?
I know nothing at all about diesel and not very much about fuel injection

I have a 2003 New Holland TC45D that I'm having issues with. I have a good supply of fuel when I loosen the bolt on top of the fuel pump to bleed the lines, but I cannot get any fuel to the injectors. I have tried loosening them and cranking when they are loose, but no fuel arrives. Any suggestions?

Eco-Fuels in some states gum up the injector pump
Has it been sitting long?
Is the fuel shut-off solenoid on all the time?

I have used on and off road diesel. Usually doesn't sit more then a week without working on the drive or trails

I have had the tank out and cleaned it. I like the idea of bypassing the shut off I will try that tomorrow. The ignition switch was replaced not too long ago because key got broke off. I've had the tank out and cleaned it out. The only line I haven't replaced is tank to filter. Was hoping to avoid that. Could it leak down there after tractor is shut off from that line. I get solid fuel flow with out leaks the whole way to banjo/bleed bolt

How hard is it to get the tank out and what is the process to remove it?

Basically two nuts and bolts between frame and tank near the top. It was a lot easier then I thought it would be

Does anyone know how much fuel should come out of the return line off the top of the shutoff? Cranked it with out it attached and got a lot more3 then expected!

Pinch it off with some vise grips and see what happens..
Where does the line go or start from.?

Takes fuel from the filter back to the top of the tank tank.
Funny it's leaking quite a bit even though it's not running.
My bad. I just looked again and it comes off the injector rail. But when I blew air through it from the tank it blows out. Of that line

This is a big shift in my understanding of this system. That line takes raw fuel from the injector lines and dumps it back to the filter. So where does the line from the top of the tank go and it's function? I thought it just recovered fuel.
Is there a diagram somewhere that shows fuel flow? I blew some air in the tank and that line brought a lot of fuel up.
