Got coffee started brewing. 49° with partly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 78° with partly cloudy skies. Grocery shopping went good. Spent most of the day setting my sisters smartphone and iPad up with latest software and APPs. It was a good afternoon on back porch. No plans for today yet.

Outside chores done E muffin time.
Plans for today...4 hours at part store afterwards stop for critter food,afternoon trim and mow the main lawn.

51 outside this AM, heading to lower 80's.
Back home, again, and leaving this afternoon to help middle daughter out with her newly purchased house. Closing. I get to play locksmith, and am part of the moving company. LOL.

Funny, life, two estates in closing, daughter just beginning. There was some joy in the grandparents (my side, a heavenly smile) giving stuff to daughter. And some joy from the MIL giving stuff to daughter.

On the home front, I have a few hours left that I might be able to cut some grass. Pool area needs it.

I think I figured out the tile streaking late last night. Today will reapply the sealant again, for the third time. High gloss black tile is now a no-no going forward on floors. LOL. Too much work.

Thank goodness it is Friday. What a week.

Drew the best haircut is in Giddings - 477 N. Main Street. it is an old filling station so there is lots of parking and the side streets in Giddings are extra wide. Wide streets were a distinguishing characteristic of Giddings; both main thoroughfares were 100 feet wide, and other streets were eighty feet wide.

and I can get some Mexican food to go from Suzy's!

not sure I can park motorhome on the street, question is how far it sticks into right lane.
But I see a public parking area a block away. That could be my backup.
So I'll leave you needing a haircut and head to this place on way to campground in Giddings.

good morning all
another nice sunny day with high in low 80's. Lovely.
I plan on working in the veggie garden today, cleaning it out, that one heat wave we had
really took out a number of plants no matter how much I watered them.

Mostly, 100K ride? you mean the ride where you hit 100k miles total?
that would be one very very long ride...back and forth from coast to coast thirty times

I wonder what adventure Bill will get into today...need a pic of him on his trike.
do you think he could get a little snow plow for it?...
you know those snow plow drivers can't go cold turkey without knocking down a mailbox
once in a while...
