One cent, the same as always.
Many people believe that we should go the route of Canada and do away with them. Some even are hoarding pre-82 pennies so that they can sell them for the copper when it is no longer legal tender. You can even buy a sorter to do it...

A lot of people don't like change. They'll toss it into the penny cup at the register. Cheapskate that I am I still pick pennies up off the ground. I just got done rolling change.

I was about to post the same thing! Haven't seen it since it was new 25 years ago, so not sure how it holds up today, but remembered it being fun at the time.
