Good Morning.
It’s 57 with a high near 80 today, another sunny day.

Yesterday was fairly productive. Started with breakfast with the professor, followed by some shop time, speakers are moving right along.

After lunch I got the tractor out and hooked up to the progressive mower, walk around revealed a flat tire that had a split in it. So I got to wrestle with one of those miserable little tubeless tires. Good thing that I keep a spare on hand.

Mowing went well, it was wetter than I like, but really didn’t make a mess getting it done.

Went back to work on the speakers for a while, son came up and we flew models off the freshly mowed runway before going in for dinner and calling it a day.

Today is an early start with a trip to Ohio, probably followed a lunch at Mission BBQ before returning to speaker work.

Sodamo, eye looking good...glad you didn't have to have them dilated...I remember that wipes you out for a day like it does me. Scootr, glad your eyes are back to 20/20.

Scott, tough ole head of yours...only 5 staples needed! Hope it heals nicely. I still a scar on my head at about the same place where I had to get 8 staples about 4 years ago.

BEF, nice job on your electrical project. I have a similar one I'm contemplating...need your backhoe.

Took a long trip to hike a section of AT yesterday, near BEF's land, I think. Cove Mountain, etc. near Buchanan, 14.2 miles, and 3,000 ft elevation gain...most I've done in a while. Can't believe I only passed one other hiker all day. It was a really nice day and a really fun hike.

good morning, 59 going to 81 today

cleaned up the vegetable patch with Cody doing the QC inspection.

Also mowed another lawn area using higher setting for longer grass

Plan today is to continue mowing another area

Also cleaned up some ZT blades and sharpened them. Turns out I have a lot of old blades that are still usable

Morning all, 56 going to 84 and fog
Got the lawn aerated yesterday.

When I went to start the lawn tractor it was dead, with the battery minder plugged in.
Seems the battery minder lost it's mind and messed up the battery and is putting out random voltage.
Battery minder is about 1 year old. Put LT on my 20 year old battery tender and now working, but think the battery might be damaged.....

Scotty - be careful out there. Head injuries can be serious.

Sodamo - the filter install looks like a factory install, nice work.

Did most of the mowing, but the delay due to battery issues took up a lot of time. Cleaned off mower in the dark.

Have a few weird things hanging off the overhang way up. Anyone know what these are?
Something in a cocoon maybe?
