They like to eat, right?It could be worse, every spring now we have an event called Tour of the Battenkill. Were a bunch of bicyclist including many so called "professional" racers, get roads closed and traffic controlled for their "race" and ride takes most of the day and sometimes it's been a drawn out two day affair.
They really like it when someone comes down their road with a tractor and a tillage implement![]()
So same cost for other chemicals, but no bucket of tabs and less shock.
I have about 24,000 gallons and use about 16lbs shock total.
Rain PH etc. changes this, but that would be same salt/chlorine.
For me it's also less monitoring/worry about chlorine, and no burning eyes.
Saw on the news some areas benches etc. close because of Lee.Friend of mine leaves this morning for vacation in Maine. Waiting to see how that goes.

So finally on September 14th we have some nice fall weather ! Looking at the temps in Vermont, may need a small wood stove fire one morning !
Can't beat that deal.Got a call this morning from the home builder, he had some more logs to dispose of. Just got them delivered!
