I rented a dumpster when reroofing. Some you pay rental fee than $x per ton. They brought me a smaller one than I ordered, then tried to bill me extra for 2 trips to dump it.
It doesn’t have to make sense - it’s POLICY,Yet there low flying aircraft and those caught setting fires in the woods $$$'s homes being built wildlife wintering area,..nuff said for this could be sore issues.

When we lived in urban blight, if you got a dumpster you also needed to have someone guarding it or before you knew it it was full and none of it was your junk…Had a dumpster here a few years back when I "re-modelled" the front porch.
Best move EVER.
When you have something big available for removal, it was like a light switch came on.
The wife actually drove up to it towards the end of the fill up and smashed stuff down with the tractor FEL.
That thing saved a lot of trips to the dump and landfill. And being so close to the house saved my back.
Only thing I recall was no chemicals...totally understand that.
