Good evening! 100˚, it's trying to cool off. Found a motorcycle in the estate garage, maybe someone can put a value on it (if it has any) if I can get a pic. It's a 1971 Kawasaki dirt bike, found title and key. I was thinking that Kyle needs another project. 🏍️

Good (Friday) morning. Overnight Low was a mild 13C and it's presently 15.8C, mostly cloudy with sporadic showers. A bit of a breeze accompanies the showers but there's not much in them. There was a drop or two in the gauge @ 0900.

Paddock #2 chain-harrowing went well, some wind chill as there was gusting wind. I then did decide to mulch with the Z-turn (it fired up right away (y)). I then decided to mulch Paddocks #1 & 6, so it was a productive arvo.

There's a mail pick-up notification from the PO... NOT wine (this time 😋) but an order of Nespresso coffee. I'm in no hurry to retrieve it as I've got plenty in the house.

That's about it, take care all.

Good evening all. 78ºF for the start, clear sky, light breeze. moderate wind and gusts, clear sky and high temp was 101ºF. Made Cream of Wheat for breakfast, puttered, then bike ride, lunch, then start weed trimmer that sat for 3 years (not much extra work) then did some trimming and adjustments on it, it did want to run on half choke. Got pots and pans washed and new smoke alarm put up.

An ok day, got a bit of mowing before going to town.

This shoplifting crap is getting out off hand . 2 very recent incidences on Oahu HD, 1 with over $3k worth of Milwaukee tools. Then the 2nd the next week, guess he didn’t catch the news.

So today I notice in local Home Depot even more items in locked displays, furthering the inconvenience of real shoppers. Personally I’m in favor of arming the store staff and allowing them to just shoot the thieves as they exit, then pay them a bonus. Doubled if it results in a one time event.

Coffee is done brewing. 64° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 88° with afternoon showers and thunderstorms. Grocery shopping went well. Dentist visit went good except I need a filling repaired. Will do that in September. Heat had not built up to much when I got home. So I mowed grass. Was back in house soon after. Will see if tree trimmer shows up today. Still a lot of homes with out power and downed trees from Wednesdays storms. If not it will be mostly and inside day.
Playing hide and seek.

Chips will be used for the garden as mulch and for traction on muddy parts of walkways, and for compost, and for fill on slippery parts of walking trails. I a, sure I will run out of them all too soon!

Well, as long as corporate policy Is to reward shoplifters and punish employees who try to stop it, you will continue to see more of it:

And enough people BMC’d to management that she got her job back. I don’t know if I would want to work for them anymore though…

good Morning!

God has given us another chance to get it right (or at least not screw up too badly…).

65.3F going to upper 80s, late-day T-storms forecasted. Yesterday, the thunder was all around us, but nothing was over us, so the genny and pump will need to be run today, in case we do not get those t-storms again.

Moved all the big logs and firewood logs, but it got too hot for Mrs and Senior dog to tolerate so no trail work got done. Plan is to go bad this morning and try to do some work befor the heat of the day peaks. Dogs will be left home.

All our bok choy and sui choy are bolting. At least there will be seeds for next year…

Mrs wanted to go on a weight loss program. So now we are on this program. It is day three and I am ready to eat the headrests out of the car 🤣😂

i hope everyone has a happy healthy safe blessed day!

good morning all
likely the hottest day so far today, mid 90's and sun all day.
I have to go out early and water the garden, and pick tomatoes

Kilroy, a little ketchup on those headrests will help...

at least nowhere to go today, good day to work on the hot tub and see if I can find the leak
