Good morning, the low temperature is 33 and the high is gonna be 41°F. Wind ENE 14 gusting to 22 mph. Snow mixed with rain. Tonight will be snow.
I haven't made up my mind what I am going to do today. Did the dump/town run yesterday and scored 10 packages of Halls Black Cherry cough drops.

55 outside this AM. Heading to lower 60's. Some rain expected...tonight. Yesterday was a delight. Lots of walking around the property. Lots of stick piles with the wind storms that have passed through. The burn pile needs attention, soon.
With the "warmer" weather I might try mixing up some mortar and concrete and layout the Milk House entrance way wall. Plus finish up the inside walls where the doors were. If I get that done, the wife can paint and I can focus on the bathroom and plumbing.
Speaking of the wife, she came home with another assortment of light bulbs. OMG. I ask her if she tried them in the store. Nope. I must have seven different boxes of bulbs. Oh well, she is entertained I guess...

Yes. But I mean how did they bring in long heavy timbers? I've seen mules used, but these were so long, I'm not sure they could have made the tight turns on the trail. It was a fairly new construction, 2 miles from any fire road. Maybe helicopter?

Good Morning!!!! Getting ready to do some bass fishing on the river today with a good friend. Of course I have to take 5 tackle boxes and 5 rod and reels to make sure I have enough lures, if needed.
