55F and "Fair" @ 16:00, which likely is the high for the day.
Hopper feeder refilled first thing yesterday.
Went over to barn and grabbed another 2 x 4, tall step ladder was not over there. Checked later and found it out back by the basement door.
Live trap had a groundhog in it ... think that's the first time we've ever got one of those. It had a bloody nose from pushing on the trap trying to get out. Took it up to the field and let it go.
Woman just reported there is now a groundhog out in the yard ... too funny ...
Started to remove labels on bed of chop saw which make it not entirely smooth. Slow going due to adhesive.
More sanding and trimming done last night.
Also got the bottom boards for the legs drilled and threaded inserts installed for the casters on the workbench:
Pretty happy with how that turned out, was the first time I had ever done it. Used the B&D impact driver and managed not to split any of the boards ... although there was a slight amount of tearing on the surface.
Weather not likely to be any better any time soon, so plan for today is to get the three sheets of 3/4 plywood I have cut down to a more manageable size and moved into the garage.
Before I can do that however I need to run over to the barn and grab a 4 x 8 of foam board and the tall saw horses.
Have 7 1/4 Diablo Ultra-Fine plywood blade on order at The Depot. The Woman has been dispatched to go pick that up.
Time to get cracking ...
Hope everyone is having a great Thursday ...
