32 and snowing here in srn NH. Rain showers and snow likely before 1pm, then a chance of sprinkles and flurries between 1pm and 3pm, then a chance of rain showers after 3pm. Cloudy, with a high near 37. Calm wind becoming east around 5 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible, forecast for today.

44º going to 64º today. Rain tonight then a windy day and 4 days of rain coming. Glad I got a bigger drain box installed by the garage. If needed the trash pump will fit in the drain box this time. Lots of work today the first day back after the holiday. Struggling with plans for a shovel and rake mount on the tractor. I haven't seen anything that is just right. Any help appreciated.

Good Morning
It’s grey outside an in between showers for now.
Yesterday found me on the roof of the restaurant troubleshooting a 7 ton rooftop heat pump. Problem was a condenser coil temperature sensor. Didn’t get much done inside the shop, spent a lot of time with Zoe, a Russian family stopped by wanting a farm tour, curious about the alpacas. Because they didn’t make a reservation ahead of time, Wife was at the grocery store, they had to settle for me until she got back.
Lodge meeting was uneventful, lot of discussion on our investments, and what the best strategy would be. Ultimately left up to the trustees (which includes me) to come up with a plan and a budget for donations.
Today will start off with breakfast with the professor, and then the paperwork that didn’t get done yesterday.

No, this was 26 years ago, was a guy selling gray market tractors. Nice low prices, but I was concerned about parts.

Gave the dog a bath and put together wife's V-Day present, finally.
Took some walks in the woods, but wind put a stop to that.
Sons date went well, getting ready for next issue.
Funny seeing people using ascii.
Insurance claim in for rental apt, we'll see where it goes.
