Fritz, I hope having another doc look at it will bring new ideas as to cause of the problem. Eventually they will figure it out.

Cut about 8” of plastic with the new battery in the sawzall and battery was too low, so put it on charger.
Messed with the non working corded sawzall. Checked brushes, manually moved plunger in out to turn motor, did get one stink bug out of the fan area. Messing with the trigger lock button and it started running again. Problem in trigger area.
Got the old projection tv case cut into chunks and bagged and swept up the mess.
Then I heard momma snagglepuss so let her in to lay on me awhile.

Ran all my dewalt tools with the battery, they still work. Need to test how long battery will last now that it’s charged.

I want to make PVC pipe holders for my battery tools to get them better organized need to research what sizes are used.

Thanks for the refresher on why snow country is not on my list of places being considered for the upcoming move, Lou. It brought back many unfond memories of my youth in Ohio, where the last three years saw multiple ice storms each. And that my first and only auto accident happened on a snow packed road that had turned to ice.

And why I like seeing snow up on the mountain, far far away from any need for me to shovel, plow, blow, or drive.

It's actually on the meter base. Fits behind the meter. Here's the specs:View attachment 779989View attachment 779990View attachment 779991

The UPS is the Cyberpower 1500W. I would have to get it out of the cabinet to get the actual model number.....
What does it cost for the surge protector from the utility? My utility has a similar program, but it costs $6/month and I have 2 buildings and I have 2 meters. I'm thinking about just getting a surge protector that connects to one of the 220 breakers, it is suppose to give whole house protection.

68°F and no rain

Busy day ahead. Making my roasted garlic curry pumpkin soup for H&F later.

Have a couple hours to work on my short wall before heading for town to get rest of my aluminum for the PV rack and a couple in town errands.

H&F will be at our house so need to be back in time.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

I don't look forward to winter snow and ice but it happens every year in most of the places I've lived in.
In the winter I would actually prefer it to stay a bit colder and just be snow. This nonsense of thawing and making mud then freezing ad being rougher then a cob is a royal pain. All of my vehicle have studded tires and or tire chains. Heck my IH574 does so little work most years in the summer now I didn't even pull the tire chains off last year. Made it easy to prep her for winter :D
