Good Morning! Happy Friday! BEF: Church is day after tomorrow, don’t forget

God has given us another chance to get it right (or at least not screw up too badly).
work training is still wonky, but I am now in direct contact with one of the senior trainers who actually works on the modules and practice jobs, and I am providing detailed descriptions in real-time of what I see occurring, and it is starting to help. Fewer machine -induced errors (but then more of them proportionally are my dumbass making dumbass mistakes
)… at least progress is being made a bit!
went up to almost 67F yesterday, currently 39F, not supposed to be as warm as yesterday, but DRY. If it can stay dry tomorrow, Mrs. Is in with it taking dog to woodlot so we can work in peace and maybe turn vertical lumber into horizontal. I am waaay too far behind on that. Even if I can’t drag the logs because everything is mushy, I can at least get them sectioned and de-branched and use my old bumper Jack to lift the logs off the ground and wedge some scraps under to keep them out of the dirt until moving.
this morning’s ear worm that got me out of bed too early was Orleans “Still The One”. I have a great jukebox in my head, it just turns on at inappropriate times - like 4AM. . .
the WORST earworm I ever had I blame on my god-daughter and her sister, when I babysat them for a weekend. Two weeks later i finally got ”The Wiggles” theme music out of my head!
I did a little measuring, and I am going to try making some 2-3/4“ spacers out of black pipe to keep my lower arms located at the outboard ends of the pivot shafts For better triangulation and rigidity. Case Eagle arms and Fergie-type arms are just a wee-bit different. . .and I don’t need to take chunks out of my rear tires because the implement shifted that far over. . .
I hope everyone has a healthy, safe, productive, blessed day!
