Had a big post written, the TBN app crashed, didn’t save what I wrote. Was in response to Don’s water shortage and the position of the plants that Drew referenced, so maybe good it got lost.
Yep.... shorten / cut the line.... well you may as well just get a different brand that has to be evacuated and filled. They are usually less in cost, but then the additional cost of filling, puts them a bit more expensive.
Yeah, there is always something trying to take you down.Lots of people sic with a flu report it is real bad. Stay home if you can the more places you go the greater your risk of infection... Be careful out there. Covid is not over by any measure.
Curious if that HEB in LaGrange is one with a BBQ restaurant in it? We were passing through Seguin a week ago and stopped at the HEB there. The brisket was surprisingly good. Then after church today, we drove to HEB south in Lagrange Texas, and got enough stuff and fixings to BBQ 24 hamburgers
Only 'new' item on the list is to flush the tankless water heater. Need to pick up some cleaner before that can be done, so put on the bottom of the list.
!

Good call, Drew. Lots of used cars got bought by dealers for premium prices, and now that interest rates have shot up, a lot of people can't afford the loan payments on the high prices being asked. All that inventory comes with flooring costs the dealers have to pay every month, so sooner or later they're going to have to drop the prices to get their cash flow back to a positive state. That won't happen overnight, but maybe by summer things will be getting back to something that looks more like normal.I think I have to wait until the car market gets hungrier.
