"When ever", when "when" is what is meant. For example, "When ever y'all get around to it". Really means "When you get around to it".
"Y'all" or even "You all", and I lived down south for many years, but could never wrap my head around the use of "Y'all".

"It is, what it is" Really? Why not "it isn't what it isn't"?
