Thursday night our local price was 3.24.
Friday lunchtime was 3.35
this morning was 3.59.

glad I topped everything off on Wednesday!

I went to fill my diesel F350 Monday. The pump read $4.59, the sign read $4.79.

Already down to 46F @ 19:15 with clear skies, calling for a low of 37F overnight.

I'm betting that we beat that.

A Frost Warning has been issued.

Got the entire lawn mowed and leaves blown off/mulched.

Still trying to warm up from that.

Only thing left would be the compost/wood lot ... might have a look at that tomorrow.

Did make the trip over to The Depot before I started the mowing ... came home with a Red Maple (Acer rubrum), the Tulip Tree (Liriodendron tulipfera ... they had two), a Japanese Flowering Cherry "Kwanzan" (Prunus serrulata), and a pair of Burning Bushes.

Definitely in the You're in Big Trouble Now Mister land now ...

Stapling hammer is good for vapor barriers, insulation, “Posted” signs, rough upholstery, and uses standard T50 staples, and doesn’t require air or electric…

Yeah, I'm sure it is.

We already have several Arrow manual staple guns ... for where electric and air aren't readily available.

Me personally, I'm trying to avoid all that swinging (up at a ceiling no less) ...

Wood Mizer LX 65. I am still waiting for some accessory parts (”Supply Chain Issues” ) but I have enough to start squaring cants and making boards for the “real” sawmill shed. But first, I need to make a whole bunch of stickers! Which will help me dial in, fine tune, and practice with the mill before making “real” lumber

Good evening all. 56ºF for the start, overcast light breeze. Light to moderate wind, overcast most of day, some very light drizzle at times, and high temp was 66ºF. Bike ride to start day, 60 miles, got joined by an ex regular that has taken up full time RV living and was passing through. Nap after lunch, then dinner st mexican restaurant with stepdaughter and hubby. After dinner tried to put smoke bombs in gopher tunnels but it plugged the ends to good to find them.
