Oh for the good old days, when if you bought two battle packs, 1200 rounds each, of 7.62X39 you got a free SKS.

I wouldn't say 22lr constitutes a "toy soldier." When the last round of shortages eased up - I bought 1000 rds of CCI MiniMag 22lr and 1000 Rds of 7.62x39. Unfortunately, what I've used the most is 12 & 20 ga shotshells to thin out the armadillos.

I also started 2020 with over 1000 rounds of .22 ammo. I am down to half of that, which was why I stopped shooting.

Havnt shot a 22 for a very long time. I have (since pre Covid) seen a 22lr round for sale since.
Sportsmans had a full page ad for 22lr 250 round box for $19.99 about a year ago. Went to the website and none available. Still none

Guess I'm a hoarder then with 5 bricks of Wolf Match Extra, Eley primed 22 LR's. For 50 foot indoor target actually. Got a deal on 10 1000 round bricks, have 5 left.

One thing for certain and that is, you really cannot reload 22 rimfire.

Actually, you CAN reload 22RF, it's just not easy...

It's hard to reload anything right now... again, unless you stocked up early.
