First garden, so full disclaimer we have no idea what we're doing . I have a 5 year old daughter who has planted some of it a d we're all enjoying watching it grow.

Gardening with the kiddo is the best gardening! Also not knowing what to do is great cause if you get any yield its a success!!!

First little harvest!

Well, besides the basil and strawberries my daughter grazes on daily.

I'm very close to having a lot of good stuff coming from the garden! We've had some squash already and we have more cucumbers than we know what to do with.

This is the good stuff, though. I'm sure there are plenty more watermelons hiding under the vines. They're crowding the row too much for me to walk through and inspect much of it. I also expect to see some tiny cantaloupes soon.

My tomatoes are just starting to bloom.

I won't show you mine yet, the torrential rains a couple of weeks ago put the weeds into a record growth spurt and the record heat of the last few days made sure I won't be out pulling them!
Greenhouse is doing well lots of tomatoes, cucumbers, basil and cilantro. The peppers are just starting to produce.
This hot spell is going to put a dent in the tomato set, they stop setting above 90 degrees.

My tomatoes are just starting to bloom.

Well so far all of mine that have started to ripen have also split . I'm guessing due, in part, to an unusually high amount of rainfall lately.

My cole products were just starting to do well, and I had planned on having peas for supper tonight.
Today my chickens discovered the garden, and my turkeys weren't far behind them. Tomorrow night's project; putting up more fences!

Part of our back yard is fenced, and we never spent any time back there inside the fence. Once I decided I wanted a garden that was the perfect spot!

Here’s mine for 2021.

Garlic on lower right, strawberries on upper right under netting. Outside fence to right is squash mounds. Brussels sprouts on lower left in raised bed.
Also have another area roughly 10x20 for pumpkins not shown in pic.
