And despite quite a few parts hurting at the moment I'm sitting here with a smile due to this morning's oncology report, no sign of cancer, full remission.

Outstanding ... (y)

Kyle please try some colloidal silver on your daughter. Wet her face gently 3 - 4 times a day. I make my own and give it to family and friends.

59° right now...high in the mid-70's and maybe some showers or T-storms. We had a real nice drenching rain yesterday...last 45 minutes to an hour. We could use more of them.
Borrowed a strap wrench from my neighbor yesterday for that water filter. I'll try it when I get home this afternoon. Hope it works...

Good morning
61 and going to 75 today with clear skies.
Got a little over a quarter inch of rain overnight. Tempest says twice that much. Haven’t looked at the tie breaker yet, but my money is on the Davis.

Dood day in the shop yesterday, and got all my paperwork done for today’s trip.

Today I’m off to Marsh Harbour again, last trip of the season for this client. However it will pretty much kill the day.

Frist cup of coffee has been poured. 55° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 74° with mostly sunny skies. Got all the branches moved to the big pile. Neighbor say lets get them chipped. So today project is already done. Nothing that needs to be done is on list. So maybe conserve energy.
I think this is a moth.

Good Morning All.

good morning all
lot of catch up reading!
a little rain last night, not much and no big storm as expected. Today is sunny and nice, up to high 70's in sun.
Should be a great day to be outside.

Rich, great pic of lily, very pretty.
RS, fun to have cattle nearby, do you have a private well for water? If so, get your water checked for e coli.
Kyle, sounds like meaningful fun working with your daughter on her car, lots of good life lessons about taking care of things
Toppop, El Camino should be a good investment.

I have a little powerwashing to do today and may take my car through car wash, now that I'm letting it sit outside garage so friend's
mower can stay locked up inside. No room for both mower and car in that little garage.

Only master plumber strap wrench I could find was a small 2 inch capacity wrench and True Value and Amazon carry it. Lisle and others make larger ones.
I know for water filters they are supposed to be put on hand tight with grease on the rubber seals but they always seem to be hard to get loose.

looks like I need to pick the peas again today. Truly enjoy lightly sauteed snow peas in a little butter and pepper.

67 going to 83. Sunny. Feels good out there. Got a little shower this morning.

Kyle, was an adult copperhead, but I've seen bigger crossing the road down at the river. Great project working with your daughter. Glad you're working with a dermatologist for her skin...it is tough enough as a teenager. Get your appointment made, too. Coco not doing too well.

Ron, I think that's a click beetle...I forget the actual name.

Thomas, sounds like you need a trail cam to watch over your other trail cam. 😁 I've only lost one to a bear, but it got it good.

Don, how are those potatoes tasting?

Did my hospital pre-op registration yesterday...other than the long drive, it was actually fun, because the RN was such a hoot. I had done most of the paperwork online Sunday, so we had time to shoot the breeze. They gave me the same exact anti-bacterial body wash to use the night before and the morning of surgery that I had to use on Coco for her skin infections. I don't think we'll take a bath together, though. I've made a list of things I need to do each day before Friday, after which I'll only be approved for using the TV remote control. A mountain hike is high on the list, but means I've got to get many things done today.

I'm teaching my wife the zero turn today. I mowed everything yesterday except the middle of the Coco field, where it is mostly flat, and no obstacles. 1st session will be without turning on the PTO.

I need to enlarge the hole in an aluminum fan shaft hole today so it will fit over the slightly larger motor shaft. Should I use a Dremel, a round file if I can find one that fits, or a drill, of some other way. Also gotta figure a way to clamp it without bending it. Then rewire the connectors.

Good Morning!!!! 59F @ 5AM. Plentiful sunshine. High 91F. Winds SW at 5 to 10 mph.
Beautiful day yesterday, with big puffy clouds in the afternoon and a stiff breeze to help cool things off. The sun was low enough in the morning that it was shining on me while I was sitting on the tractor. Felt good when there was a breeze, not so much when the air was still. That afternoon breeze sure raised hob with trying to use a string to mark a straight path for the rest of the trench. Didn't come out perfect, but like the underside of RS's Cub deck, no one will notice once it's covered in dirt again. 😄

That's some super good news, Drew. Let's hope it stays that way!

Teenage acne is the worst, Kyle. DAMHIKT. Tried everything from witch hazel to dermatologist, and nothing seemed to make a difference except getting older. Still get a zit once in a while, just for old time's sake?

I'd try to use a drill bit for the hole, Billy, and maybe cross drill and tap for a set screw to hold the fan on the shaft. Good luck on the procedure, and I hope Coco gets better.

Pretty lilly, Rich. Pain in lower back on one side could be a kidney stone. Sure hope not.

Finished the lateral part of the trench yesterday, then used up most of a can of TS Kubota orange spray paint marking the run down the hill. All that bending over was all the excuse I needed to finish the day with a few cold ones on the back porch. The buzzards were having a ball in the stiff breeze, wheeling in the sky then swooping down to dodge through the trees. Hope none of them pull a Sonny Bono; I'd hate to have to get close enough to one to bury it.

Probably will spend all day digging. Hope it's not too rocky; this is the pile that came out of just a short section near the water tank. More rocks than dirt...

Don, how are those potatoes tasting?
Now that is an interesting question. Potatoes all taste the same to me. It all depends on the spices you put in/on them and how you cook them.

Good morning! 75˚F heading to the mid 90s heat index 100+. Clear skies, very bright this morning.
Won 3 of 5 card games last night so my #1 position is on the line. The new rankings come out next week. One couple last night was celebrating their 68th anniversary and brought a big cake for everyone. She was my partner on one hand, we lost, but she made no mistakes, just the luck of the cards was not there on that game.

A hot slow mow today and I should cool off by the pool later.

Drew great news!

Popgadget, my Tempest is usually shows a little less than my other rain gauge. It would be nice if the owners could adjust the sensitivity.

Ron the legs on that bug do not look like feathered moth legs.

Wngsprd hope you can get everything done and jobs dedicated before your mandatory vacation. (I would use a round file)
