This Diablo blade is a good bit more expensive, but it is designed to cut plastics (probably solid plastics though) and it is a 7 1/4" blade:

I'm still learning so many new things in life. I went to home Depot to try and buy the Milwaukee impact and ratchet tools but you only get the special deal they are offering online and not at the store. The store has most every Milwaukee battery powered tool in some form of lockup in a cage etc. Plus they really didn't have anywhere near the full stock of what Milwaukee sells. I really want a 3/8 in cordless ratchet, a small 3/8 drive stubby impact, and a half inch more powerful impact.

So the special is online, and they call it buy more save more. With incremental savings up to a Max of $150 if you buy $499 worth.

My barn cat is really enjoying this bonfire and sitting in my lap while I watch and post.

Thanks, RS, pretty sure that’s what is in my saw right now, not too new though. Probably a good excuse for a new one.

Sophie is excellent being my material helper. She does hate being on the out take end of the planer.

When I do cut them I think my goal will be to cut as a stack of 4 sheets at a time.

Might have to decide between the 84 and 90.

Sure seems like a reasonable excuse at any rate, at least in my book ...

Sophie is excellent being my material helper.

The Woman is as well ... assuming I don't give her an impossible task.

The problem with what I was trying to do (and have her do) was that the saw's table simply wasn't big enough to adequately support the panel.

In the future I'll probably rip first, as putting the 4' width through the saw in a rip is a lot easier than trying to cross cut an 8' long piece with a table that's not wide enough to support it.

That may well help with any chipping ... assuming you can clamp them up and keep them aligned while you do it.

Good morning, low temp is 42°F and the high will be 39. Wind SW 9 mph. Raining right now.

IF it stops raining then I will get at the outside work. If it doesn't then it will be an energy conservation day.

So far I will need to go to work this summer. Translates into, I did not win the lottery.

42 right now...high in the upper 50's...rain on and off all day

After yesterday's outdoors work, I was fiddling around in the garage and found two 48w flood lights I had bought for my 4520 (to replace the front work lights). These will mount nicely on the Gator's roof. I know I don't have enough electric wire to run to the battery, and I'll have to pick up a switch at the Deere dealer. I have to run to the hardware store today anyway, so I'll at least start the project

Guys, although neither of those UTV trailer sites were the one I was thinking of, they're good options, so thank you very much!!!
