The LS Brand has been taking a hit, of late. Some deserved but others? Not so much.
My story with them is two failed dealerships and another that is eyeball deep in local Ag. business.
So much so that they have little to no time for the smaller home owner machines.
I'm in the middle with a small acreage place and a 40 hp machine.
I've had mine for 10 yrs now and the drive train has been rock solid.
The OP has taken heat for venting his frustration in an open forum.
When he actually should've tried understanding a little more of the man on the other side of the equation.
Further, why shoot down an ENTIRE nation of tractor builders because you bought yours second hand.
THEN, after your purchase, you find out WHY you got such a deal on your used machine.
Ya didn't like the answer ya got at the mechanics' shop. Did ya ?
Education ain't free.
Some of us, in fact most of us, can fill your ear of all the edumacation we've gotten while owning our tractors.
BTW, if you ever come back and read any of these posts being written, welcome to the school house.
