But he said Prazi didn't give him a nickel, do I ditech some skepticism............
Prazi probably didn't, but I wouldn't trust much of anything he says now a days. There WAS a day LONG ago, when he wasn't so biased toward the dollar!!

I've seen those beam cutters on worm drive saws, they do work pretty good, but they don't do anything you can't do with a chainsaw if you are careful...

My day was filled with dealing with these,

but I enjoy it on a nice day like today was...

ooooh, I chased some chainsaw parts too!!

So that is a temporary island I put in our kitchen to see if we like the size and flow around it...

Yeah I see your point, those cheap 5> 10" boards placed side by side would totally throw you all off, buying plywood make way more sense and the only way to get the idea of flow around, gotta watch that flow around..........

Yes I have apples, although small this year they are delicious, red delicious... I also have peaches, sweet cherries and pears...

Chainsaw parts: I lost one bolt out of the muffler on one saw, so I went and bought a new one. I also had to get a complete recoil starter/cover and top handle for my 550XP, "some one"

Keeping things square.
IMG_4184.JPG

Taking off my 3 1/2" thick slabs to slice 2x4s out of.
IMG_4187.JPG

Stacked up and ready to slice.
IMG_4188.JPG

This one log gave me 40-8 foot 2x4s
IMG_4190.JPG

Cut a second log , it gave me 30 2x4s and 2 x4s

so 70 2x4s and 2 4x4s for the day.. I'm happy. and tired!

Yup big logs do roll over harder but I dont put big 2' wide logs into 2x4s either no wonder your buying plywood. Is the pitch all dried up down there, pine up here is still pitchy.
