Too many dead ash trees that I haven't got to. This one beat me and forced me to work on it.

Sounds good, and a couple pics... but why do you want to make that beam mad??

Mostly because I cant spell and it make me mad, one thing I learned over the years is triple check the way Virginia is spelt and most important the right way it's pronounced or it ends up being rated X

Carrying beam is all angered down, rafters are up and started to board over, son says it's not going anywhere, guaranteed...........

So plywood , one by's, or metal for the roof ? I see you have shingles on the old part.

So I finished up on the roof skeleton, need the rim boards on and either plywood or I might try one bys (but probably not... way too many 1x's to cover a roof....






Oh and I made some Scuppernong jelly...

That roof looks a long way up. So are you the jelly maker of the house and what is Scuppernong jelly?
