"IF" I had it, and it was decent, I'd probably say 20 bucks...

Very good question glad you ask I was bored anyways, do you want the short answer or the long answer, ok the short answer it is then...................
Between me and my son we have around 38 acres, and it seems like with a sawmill theres always something that needs to be built, since 2011, one 14'x30' sawmill building,,, in 2012 a 10'x32 porch,,, also in 2012 a 14'x28' shop addition,,, in 2013-2014 new 26'x36 garage build with 14' walls, in 2014-2015 a 30'x40' two story house for son, also in 2015 a 10'x16' pantry that was on a 5 year old honey-doo list,,, in 2017 a 14'x36' lead-to on garage,,, in 2019-2020 a 10'x70' porch addition on sons house but all decking was cedar that he bought,,, in fall of 2020 a 12'x20' storage shelter for cedar shingles and 14'x28' roof addition on sawmill building for lumber storage,,, in 2021 new railings and some deck replacements on my 12x24' porch,,, in 2022-2024 a 14'x32" an old folks addition on back my house in case the wife lives til 106,,, in 2025-2026 a 12x18' UTV and miscellaneous building................. I didn't mention my AC storage box because it's not very big and only took me two days to make and the cedar was donated.
In 2027 a scheduled year off from all constant logging building and just go into a quick nail fix routine for the next 20 years, in 2050 my land will be ready for logging again so I might have to get another tractor by that time, I'm leaning towards the Toyota XKE model.........................

Nothing like the feel of that refreshing green water, taste good to............
I don't know what a board foot is or how to figure price from it. I was quoted $14 for a 4 x 4 x 10 white oak, just wondering if that's a good price. It would be fresh cut, less than two weeks from timber to post, so I'm a bit concerned about them staying straight. Also, what about Carpenter Bees getting into it?

Cool, sounds like you have been having fun...BUT.... you have to explain that box with the stand in the picture.
Take the AC out of the window, set it on the base, set the cover over it.
I just set mine on an overturned 5 gallon bucket though.
Yes old path. Not sure why this thing is writing in Chinese. But even at work on their computers it was doing the same thing so I think it痴 a Newfoundland computer thing. Some Asian business probably got our towers bought up. , guaranteed that痴 what it is.
