Yep, that knob can make a world of difference Randy. But remember .. if you screw it in too far, it can actually stop your 3-point from lowering at all.

I have not gone that far! LOL
I do use the center lift lock when the deck is off so I’m not dropping the arms when I operate the land plane or rake or whatever.

Good morning. It was 66° this morning and our high should be around 75° this afternoon.

The big storms predicted yesterday for the most part went north of us early and south of us late evening. We had a slow shower starting about 9 p.m. that gave us less than the 1/4” Don got. We did get over 3” of wind though.

Since we got 5”+ on the weekend .. I’m not disappointed though.

The front, temperature change, and big winds arrived at exactly 5 p.m. yesterday. I was cutting out yaupons, around the base of some oak trees when it started. All the yaupon branches were finally stopped by the East fence line in that pasture.

We’ve now got 6 covid cases in our county. All are 60+, quarantined at home and spread out around the county .. no hot spots.

I’ve not left the ranch in about two weeks but .. put a mask and a pair of gloves in the truck, just in case. Food supply is good, made a list of “nice to haves”. I’ve run out of flour tortillas .. they would be “nice to have”.

We thought we had settled into a bit of routine around here for awhile, but the state decided to implement a burn ban effective today for eastern Washington... that means no more campfires to roast marshmellows and hotdogs... too bad. I understand that they want to keep fires at a minimum during this crisis..

I ordered about $200 of groceries yesterday morning for a Sunday afternoon slot. They are not even showing many items such as TP, and many others that do show up are on sold out.

Up too late to get a Monday slot. Should have looked during my 6am bathroom trip.

Then fell asleep and overslept, so when I did wake up, I commuted down the hall almost naked, but it’s getting chilly. Hope the boss doesn’t want a video chat.

A mostly cloudy 32ｺF with a mix of almost measurable snow and graupel falling/on the ground.

Don't recall ever even hearing of that word "graupel" before; had to look it up to see what it was. So I learned something else new today, as has happened many times on TBN.

Our biggest challenge so far food-wise is maintaining a decent supply of fresh produce.

Milk and bananas and bread.

We have a high wind alert and an increased fire danger alert. Wind is currently 25-35 with higher gusts, 52f and that is the predicted high.
Went to HD this morning early, bought some flowers and enough mulch for the flag surround. I put the flowers in the bigger garage and watered them, planting may have to wait until Sunday afternoon due to wind and cold.

Our printer died yesterday so I ordered one from Best Buy because I could get it today, got the notice overnight that it would arrive later today. Then I get a delay notice saying if they can’t ship it by the 17 they will cancel the order. What kind of business is that? It’s just an HP all in one, nothing special but they promised quick delivery and Ellen needs it since she is working from home now. I’m waiting on the call back that was going to be in 56 minutes, 80 minutes ago. They didn’t mind taking my money though!

Bird- Spellcheckｮ hates that word. Brogen got covered with it this AM. All we have to do to get fresh dairy and eggs is to walk across the street to the self service farmstead. Now we are driving over there so other customers know that we are there and to wait outside until we leave.

It's still snowing off and on so far today; currently a breezy 37ｺF with periods of sun then clouds and snow.

Randy- I am sorry to read about your printer order. Sadly I believe that what is happening to you will be happening to all of us as C-19 - impacts the labor force, food chains, transportation, essential services, etc.

Do you mind sharing what telephoto lens you’re using Ron? I’m looking for one for my Canon T3i. Right now I only have the 55-250 mm lens that came with it.
