Got a new roommate as i was leaving for PT. Sounds like he is in lots of pain. Shooting victim.

Was able to stand up for a minute at a time, with little help.

Long day today very hot 91 started on turn lane somebody forgot to get stone compaction test wasted day and throw a bunch of asphalt away��. Sounds like a good day for wngsprd and RNG, think Rick played too much in the shower

Too bad the game didn't get canceled, after seeing another loss to the Yanks. You said you are in West Balt...Read an article about a technology the Police tried out awhile back to fight crime...developed in Iraq war...a plane equipped with 12 super 192-megapixel cameras constantly circled over W. Balt., taking in 32 sq miles of city...during 300 flight hours, captured 23 shootings, 5 fatal...police traced suspects to get-away cars then rewind to when those cars passed in front of one of the city's 744 closed circuit cameras.

Got some seat time, taking tractor down to the bridge to dig out some sand that has accumulated...hand digging 3 FEL buckets full of wet sand wore me out in the heat. Creek flow really weak with so little rain...got things ready for the next big one, maybe later today. Moved some 3 pt implements around in order to get to sprayer...put pump on it and mounted it for next calm day.

I read about the flying camera plane some years ago. IIRC, they caught a guy who had broke into an old lady's home and killed her. Can't remember if he robbed her too. They traced his shadow walking through the alley to his parked car on a back street, then followed his car to the place he stays at. They say it's legal because the cameras don't actually see faces or license plates clear enough to make out. I could see where they could find the judge's car at his mistress' house and blackmail him. Otherwise, I'm all for new ways to put bad perps in jail.

Had a decent day at work.

To do list is long: Haircut, change car's oil, give SUV a bath, steal some of Rick's rainstorm, prayers for those in need.

Good evening all. 78F this morning, mostly clear, calm wind. Wind was light to moderate, mostly clear shy and high temp of 101F HI 111F. Morning started with Men's meeting, slow transition to the bike, paid for at the end of the ride. Nap after lunch, Golf cart people stopped by to put on numbers and put on the patriotic valance we ordered.
Kyle, got the grilled shrimp with rice broccoli, and salad, not to mention the biscuits yes it was good :licking:
Drew have fun with your rv hunt and transition.
Buckeye, hope this roommate is better than the last, sounds like progress is being made.

I talked to neighbors this morning, less than a mile from me in both directions, that got less than 1/4".

up too early, lingering showers this morning, 72 going to 92, that will dry out the inch of rain we got quickly.
Need to run some errands, buy a for sale sign and come back and put Super A at end of lane. These tractors are very common here,
seems every one has owned one at some time.

water dept came back yesterday and replaced the electronic meter at end of lane. They said they were fixing many of the installs made by subcontractor
and they aren't happy having to dig up folks' lawn again, made a mess of mine. They said subcontractor mis-threaded pipe and screwed it all the way in, wrecking
it all and they had to start from scratch and replace piping. I asked how delicate the black plastic sender was sticking up out of the ground, which I run a 1500 pound mower over, granted with turf tires. He said just don't hit it with the blades, which he said was causing a number of replacements at 135 a pop.

68 high of 91 pop up storms we just cannot find one pond down several inches. Muscrats still making mess in the pond. Back to turn lane today

Finish trimming lawn last evening so tonight couple hours mowing.
Twin fawns are getting braver almost to Mrs. flower garden.
E muffin feed little critters slow roll to work.
