Good morning!!!!

We're just the opposite. I like it, wife won't touch it and claims it stinks up the house. And you know, she's the same way about my sardines.

We agree on the canned sauerkraut. I think there are more chemicals in the plastic bagged sauerkraut. In our house sardines are fine; kippered snack odors are not well liked by Wifey.

Thomas- A good reason for motion detector lighting. I had a battery powered model, but the lead acid batteries could not keep charged by the existing solar charging system.

BEF- I could see that happening here. I consider Brogen and myself lucky this time. Actually looking back at the existing pack over the years, they and I have been very lucky. I did have a bear swipe my German ShepardXSt, Bernard years ago. Fortunately the dog was not hurt.

Don- Thanks for the heads up. I need to check my Kidde.

We have cut back some of Brogen's feed and he weighed in at 160# at the vets. I think 160# is a decent weight for his frame/size. It only took 2 of us to trim his nails.;)

Poor guy has had a busy day:rolleyes:

Just got a call from Greensboro, NC, - Kiddie, they are sending a replacement extinguisher and a shipping label to send the re-called one back in the shipping box.
I sure don't want to be messing with a defective plastic lock when I need it.

10 after 4 and no word from plumber, thinking I won’t see him today ☹️
I did get haircut this morning, so that’s a positive.
Spent part of the day making a pipe laying attachment for my ripper/subsoiler. Built from stuff on hand: used 2 1/2” electrical conduit sweep, leftover 3in pvc, metal plates made from salvaged flail delivery crate and U bolts I forget where from or how long I’ve had.

180 ft run of 1 in poly gas line to tractorshed. I would prefer to put in sleeve and was thinking black poly pipe, BUT.. strangely TBN took me to a thread saying it was easier to pull in pvc pipe behind the ripper than feed the poly thru the attachment. Additionally, I’d have to by a whole roll (250ft) poly whereas I’m only short about 120 ft of pvc. Decisions, decisions, decisions...

Well, the day isn’t getting better. LS dealer emailed that remote valve not expected until next Tues, 6/18. We leave 6/19 and be off island until 7/2. Maybe I can get delivery 7/3 if lucky.
