Lots of rain, all night, all day.

Son went to a wedding 3 hrs away, rain all the way. He got there just in time.

I might spend day analyzing ztr mowers. My rider is not going up hills. Looking for 60" deck. Ferris, kubota, gravely are top 3.

Drew- I am happy to read about your marvelous restaurant and driving Miss Daisy experience last evening. Decent, functional PFD’s and a working airhorn are decent nautical gifts in my book. I rarely wore a PFD on my sailboat; if I was there were good reasons (i.e. wind:eek:), but I always wear my PFD in my kayak regardless of the conditions. Having “a new friend with a nice boat is a serious plus, so I will take good care of her.” Reads good to me. Good luck with dinner and the Rotato Queen tonight.

It seems that posters are having laid back Sundays so far.

I just woke up after a 2.5 hour power nap to read about sinks of mayo and PFDs. I don't care for mayo, much prefer miracle whip. (It is sweeter) As for PFDs, even though I am the Captain of my boat I ALWAYS wear my PFD if I am leaving the slip. (There are spots in Lake Simcoe that are over 100' deep. I can't swim 10'.)

Truth be known, I like mayo, but I prefer Miracle Whip too in many cases.

Two things my Mom insisted on always having was real butter and Miracle Whip. My Dad preferred mayo so we always had both. When money was tight, we kids got margarine along with the it’s healthier message.
Today, wife prefers Miracle Whip, I’ll do either, and don’t remember last time we bought margarine but I’ll guess there is at least 3lb of real butter in the freezer.

Drew, sounds like you are having a grand time. Just remember, playing hard to get just might make those ladies redouble their efforts.

I can't even remember when we ever bought anything but Miracle Whip.

Of course I grew up in the days when we made our own butter. And now we keep some real butter on hand at all times, but we also use more Blue Bonnet margarine; Blue Bonnet because it's cheap, and margarine because it's easier to spread.:)

We are approaching 2” for the day with a few more hours to go.

I like Miracle Whip with fresh tomatoes, and I like mayo and mustard, and nearly everything else!

Drew, I’m happy for you.

Good evening all. 58F this morning, partly cloudy, calm wind. Wind stayed light most of the day, high temp was 82F. Conserve energy day today, started with Chapel, make wife's breakfast, then slowed it down:D Did get a nap in.
Roy thanks for the links, Saw Winwood and Clapton a few years ago in Omaha,NE. Good concert:thumbsup:
Randy good news on your mom, neighbor went through the same thing a few years ago, thought she was near death removed all medication then worked out what she HAD to have, and she was much better, lived several more years IIRC.
prayers for all.
