I forgot to mention that I fixed the garage door that wouldn’t open when it was below 25. Turns out there was a story behind it. Ellen had tried to close it a few weeks ago and the wind blew a big box under it, the box was at an angle so the eye didn’t detect it and it crushed the box before enough resistance caused it to go back up. It slightly bent the top bracket where the lift arm connects and caused a slight misalignment, when it was cold the extra drag would shut it down. I took the bracket off and straightened it, works fine now.
Ellen said she just didn’t think about it anymore until the other day.
56°, what a pretty afternoon! Too bad I had to spend so long clearing that huge tree from the driveway!
More rain tomorrow and on the weekend, everything is soaked. At least all the snow is gone.
