Price Check 2017 LS XR4145H cab tractor value that I have to sell from divorce

Hello all,

I wanted to get some ideas of what you think I can sell my 2017 LS XR4145 tractor for.. it is hydrostatic drive , 4x4 with cab and in mint condition. been stored indoors since the day I purchased it. it has 70 hours on it with full 1st service done at 50 hours. I have the good grip rite studs in all 4 tires that can be used year round. I installed radio in factory slot and LED light bar between front cab lights. has loaded rear tires as well (industrial tires) . Only selling due to marriage issues...

let me know please if you have an idea of what I can get for it.

I am located in central NY outside of Utica.

Tractrorhouse has the same listed(with 21 hours) for $24,000.So about 80% of new.

Sad state of affairs when divorce comes between a man and his tractor. It happens. I liquidated all my equipment the first time around and am still kicking myself. It takes a long time to get back to where you were. I'd sure keep it, if at all possible. You take to big of a loss otherwise.

Sorry to hear of your pending loss of equipment and probably your other toys as well. By trying to sell outright I'm guessing its paid for. If not, your atty. can say you only own a percentage of the tractor and only have to split that percentage in the settlement. Went through the same thing myself many many years ago.

Thanks guys.. ya, 50/50 split.. have to sell 14,000 lb trailer I purchased at same time as well. Lots of big hits coming my way. I just got a call and have someone coming tomorrow to look at it for 21,500. I think that's a great deal for the next owner.. I will post if it sells.

Tractor sold without any attachments for 21,500 which is what I listed it for. Sold in 26 hours ... so keep that in mind. The market is growing for LS and people know it's a good machine. Thanks for the help and info.

Glad you were able to sell so quick and for your asking price. Lots of people would try low-balling you in your predicament.

Divorce is seldom easy and is often very painful but things do get better. Only took me ten years to get happy again. Now, I realize there is not much use staying in a bad marriage. Cash out, Move on!

Amen to that! Staying together past the expiration date is very toxic to both parties. Divorce is not the end of the world but a new beginning.
