Just put this new HF telescoping pole up earlier this week and moved the flag from side of house.

I was going to use my BH to dig the hole for the pole but I lucked out with the location being at the end of a border fence. I repurposed a couple of metal straps left over from HF blast cabinet build, and screwed them to the 4x4 post. No digging required this time unfortunately.Yes Sir and you can use your tractor to do it. Win Win

The other benefit is the HF pole is on the light side so in winds the above ground support should stiffen and strengthen the pole quite a bit.
You guys illuminate your flag at night, lower and take it in, or?
